Return
We strictly adhere to a no-return policy. Return is only applicable in cases where the product is damaged due to transit.
Exchange
Once the Product is received to the company successfully, we will instantly initiate the exchange of product to you.
Exchange and Cancellation for Service Provider Company
Replacements will be issued or exchange provided only if the product is damaged due to transit.
Cancellation Policy
Please note that you can cancel your booking within 24 hours, but a cancellation fee of 10% will be charged. No cancellation request will be entertained once the order is processed after 24 hours.
OR
Customers can CANCEL order only before the Order has been shipped/Dispatched, After the Product/s has been shipped, The Customer CANNOT Cancel the Orders.
Replacements will be issued or refunds provided only if the product is damaged due to transit or manufacturing defects and if the company fails to fulfill the requirement.
